Good Morning... I did a sort on my standard FACSTar Plus the other day where the investigator wished to 1) determine that she could see the RFP , and 2) Resolve it from the GFP. A hearty yes on both counts. The GPF was its usual very bright green, with lots of overlap into the nominal FL-2 channel, I was able to compensate. The RFP was also very bright...the Fl2 PMT was something on the order of 350 volts with full 4 logs of intensity. There was not much green from the RFP. As far my user and I are concerned its full speed ahead.......Regards, Dave Gebhard--Director FACS Facility Albert Einstein College of Medicine Chanin Building 309 1300 Morris Park Avenue Bronx, New York 10461 718-430-2724/ 3573 FAX 718-430-8550
