CD30 cells

Dear flowers,

In some cases of various dermatological diseases I have seen peripheral
circulating CD30+ cells. They were larger than normal resting lymphocytes
and were CD3-CD4-CD7+. We have not done any other stainings.

Can CD30 be expressed on other peripheral cells than lymphocytes?
Has anybody seen/characterized peripheral circulating CD30 cells?
Could you suggest supplementary phenotyping to find out which lineage "my"
CD30 cells are originating from?
Any input will be appreciated.

Best regards,
