Summit Software

I was wondering how many people out there are using Cytomation's Summit
software on analyzers. We have just recently upgraded our scans from the DOS
based Cyclops software to the NT based Summit software and have found a lot
of bugs as well as a lack of general functions for data acquisition (such as
the ability to save gate listmode files) available on all other softwares
including their DOS software. We are having crashes daily and have lost
protocols and other files for no reason-they just vanish. Cytomation seems
aware of these problems and fixes are supposedly on the way, but that does
us no good in the mean time. One of cytomation's answers is that the
software/cicero connections behaves differently depending on the model of
FACScan you have (I had no idea there were different models of FACScans) and
apparently we must have three bad ones. I was wondering if others are having
similar problems. How many people out there have these systems and what kind
of luck have you had with them?

Thanks for any input,
