Dear Nan,

You may have an old version (build) of WinMDI. The
program allows you to save data sets as tab delimited text
for import into Excel. You may save listmode using the SaveAs
command from a dotplot, or histogram arrays from a histogram
display. The latest version saves (text) histograms as 2 columns
in one of two ways: channel, value - or - log, value. Dotplot
displays allow for a similar choice between raw channels
or log values for each event when saved as tab delimited text.

We often "SaveAs" using MetafilePICT (*.wmf) for export
into other applications as well. This allows the user to scale or
edit the graphical object and add/remove labels, etc...

	Regards,

		Joe

PS: Yes - it works on a Mac G3 using Virtual PC/Win95/98 too. One
user says they save on the PC side as MetafilePICT, read into Mac
PowerPoint, and it gets converted into a QuickDrawPICT on the
Mac side (editable object).
