Dear all,

We are trying to establish a staining protocol for the PGP protein which is
a product of the Multi Drug Resistance gene. Has anyone used the BD PGP staining
on that? Or other epitopes, such as the MRK-16 antibody?

I have trouble analyzing the data b/c I'm not sure what the expression of PGP should
be on a NC and how bright the staining should be etc..

If anyone has some experience in that I'd like to open a dialogue over email.

I would appreciate any help,

Maciej
