Counts Per Channel

Candace:
The best that I can see you can do is to get the number of events between two channels by setting a single channel marker (i.e. left marker on channel 36, right marker on channel 37). Actually this is not the number of events in a single channel but rather it is the number of events between two channels (not the same). Remember to set your scale to channel numbers. As far as I can tell, you can only do this on a single parameter at a time. Other third party software, such as WinFCM (& others I'm sure) allow you to export plots to an EXCEL spreadsheet from which you can read the number of events per channel. This works with either 1024 channels (rows) for a single paramenter histogram plot or 64X64 channels (columns/rows) for dual parameter correlated plots. You can then use all of EXCEL's features (calculations, plots etc) to analyze your data (the 3D plots are nice). Exporting actual plots as graphics to WORD or POWERPOINT work just as well. Can't quite understand why BD doesn't make Cellquest more compatible with Microsoft Office Products. Hope this helps!
