Description

The aim of this work is to detect the ability of FCM to distinguish among the different states caused for lethal and sublethal treatements on cultured bacteria.

First, classical treatements (heath, parafor., gramicidin) has been applied maily on E. coli and S. aureus , and several markers related with cell viability and activity had been tested.

Then, the experience adquired has been used for the study of more complex models, such as surfactants tretements and osmotic shock.
