Dear flow-ers, Thanks a lot for your help. We have checked all potential sources for contamination and/or impurity in the fluidic system. Eventually we have resolved the problem. Our APC beads tube was contaminated/unclear (instead of using one drop we just pipete 15 mkl with a tip and we have possibly contaminated the tube) and now we just are using another lot.
