Tom Fleisher's groups has reported flow cytometric detection of
phosphorylated STAT-4 by using an anti-phospho STAT-4 antibody and
intracellular staining (Uzel, Clin Imm, 100, pg. 270, 2001).

I am trying to stain for phospho-STAT-5. Does anyone have any experience
with this? I would be grateful to run a few questions by you in relation to
choice of antibody, etc. If your help makes a substantial contribution to
the resultant paper I would be happy to make you a co-author. thanks.
