Hello.  Does anyone have experience with sorting P19 cells?  Our
experienced FACS core technician keeps getting very low yields (1/10
to 1/20 of what we should get) and we don't understand why.  What are
the main factors affecting yield during a sort?  I'm very new to this
field.
