Hello all, we want to analyse the disrtibution of different blood subcell populations 6 - 12 - 24 hours after surgery. Can anybody tell me, how fast after blood-drawn one have to analyse the samples by flow cytometry. We want to use sodium-heparin-blood. As the surgery can be in the afternoon, I do not want to go to lab in the night!
