Erythrocytic Stem Cells

Dear Flowers:

I would like to seek your expertise on stem cell analysis. Here is my
      question.

We have a user who purified the erythrocytic stem cells by magnetic beads.
These preliminarily purified cells without any flourescent staining
showed two cell populations at FL3 (at negative area and positive
area, respectively). At the rest of PMTs, they all were located at
negative range. Has anyone had similar experience before?

Please advise.

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
