Hi Francesca...

Actinomycin D can be prepared as a 1 - 10 mg/ml stock in 95% ethanol and
stored at -20C.  It will remain active for at least a year.  Cycloheximide
is water-soluble and can be dissolved directly in tissue culture media if
desired.  We usually make our cycloheximide stocks fresh, I don't know how
stable they are over time (although the dry form can last for years).
