Hi Dan, yes I have, I would recomend using the new BD antibody labelled with PE, I used the American Diagnostica antibody conjugated to FITC which is not so good as the F/P ratio is 4+ - a bit too sticky - I have a publication in The British Journal of Haematology 1998 -any specific questions?
