Dear all flow cytometrists,

We have been trying to sort various sub-populations of CD34+ stem
cells for culture. The cells were plated at 1x103, however in all
cases poor growth was observed. Does anybody have experience in this
area and if so do you have any advice?

Some questions which have been put forward are:

What medium would be ideal to sort the cells into?
What growth factors would be advisable to add to the culture medium?

Any advice would be welcome . Thanking you in advance.
