I recently came across a blurb that says that Clonetech now has "ApoAlert" kits for Caspase-9/6 and Caspase-8. I haven't tried them yet, though. I would be most interested in how they work out if you give it a try. Greetings, Has anyone had any experience and/or success with measuring the Pro-active form of Caspase 8 using flow cytometry. I realize that Caspase 3 analysis has been done with Pharmingen's mAb but I would like to go a bit higher in the cascade pathway. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.
