Dear folks in flow-land,

At the moment we are trying to prepare a single cell suspension from formalin fixed,
paraffin embedded solid tumors with the aid of ultrasound sonification. The first
results are not impressive. Does anyone have experience with ultrasound sonification
applied on any kind of cell material?
