Dear Flowers, I'm looking for advice on the best route for upgrading the computer hardware and software running my BD FACScan flow cytometer. I would prefer a Windows based system that could run connected to a Windows 2000 network environment. I've recently heard that Cytomation is no longer selling their Cicero system and that Applied Cytometry's WinFCM only works on machines running Windows 98 or less. Is there nothing else besides going back to BD and Cellquest? Is guess what I really would like to know are the advantages of WinFCM? Does anyone know of another Windows compatible system for data acquisition and analysis? Your help is greatly appreciated! Matt ----------------------------------------- Matthew S.
