Sorting Mouse Neurons

I would like to know if anyone has any experience sorting mouse neurons. I
am attempting to sort Hoechst stained cells and have found that these cells
tend to want to aggregate very quickly after starting to sort. In fact this
aggregation causes abort rate on sorter to exceed 40% even at low flow
rates. I am curious to know if there may be something that can be added to
sort buffer which consists of PBS,2%FCS,1mM Hepes which will prevent this
aggregation during sort.

Thanks
David
