Help with staining human cells (small percent) in sheep blood

Hi!

I am looking for help with processing and staining blood from sheep
that will contain low percentages of human cells. I was hoping that
someone in the flow cytometry community has a list of human antibody
clones that do not cross react with sheep cells. I also would like to
lyse the red cells and in some cases ficol the sheep blood. Any
helpful hints would be greatly appreciated.
