re: BD LSR UV LASER

Dear All,
	Following my previous email regarding Alexa350 on the BD LSR, I realised
that the histogram colour labelling on my hastily created web page was
incorrect.
The histogram shows CD45.1(whole popn. shift) and CD8 (small discrete
positive popn. and majority negative) both Alexa350 labelled, compared to
an unstained control.
(Note to self: engage brain before putting foot on accelerator..)
