Tumour specific markers for a gross CD4 lymphocytosis

Morning flowers,

I've had an enquiry to run some analyses on a sample from an elderly
patient with a massive CD4 lymphocytosis. Preliminary molecular work done
previously has shown that 94% of purified PBLs are CD4+, and my researcher
wants to follow up with some Flow analysis. I've already suggested a
CD3/CD4/CD8/CD25, CD4/CD38/CD45RA/CD45RO and CD8/CD38/CD45RA/CD45RO panels.
Given the level of expertise on the list I wondered if anyone might care to
suggest a 4 colour panel to look at a more tumour specific phenotype. A
quick response would be very much appreciated.
Thanks

Wayne
