CD-20 on Marmosets

Hi Flowers,
We have tried the BD / Pharmingen clone L27 for CD20 (FITC) in
Common Marmoset. While the CD20-positive population can be resolved, it is
only just. This in contrast to data from other non-human primates with
this particular clone (suggesting a marked difference in antigen density).

I am curious to hear from others who might have experience with this
marker (CD20) in marmosets and its degree of resolution using other clones.
I realize that I could use a PE tag for this marker, but am more
concerned about the density differences that I'm seeing.

I've gotten great help from the website at Beth Israel Deaconess Med
Cntr. which has been mentioned in our archives. This site has a table
indicating antibody cross-reactivity for many markers.

............And would like to here of other options before I begin scouring
the commercial landscape for other probes.
Thanks in Advance
    Cheers,
	 Sam
