CMXRos

Colleagues,
I would like to know if anyone out there has used CMXRos (or more commonly
know as Mitotracker Red) from Molecular Probes. More specifically, I am
interested in performing multi-parameter stains on cells using CMXRos (emits
at 605nm), CFSE (emits at 525nm) and a PE-conjugated antibody (emitting at
575nm). I will be acquiring the data using a BD FACScalibur with filters set
at band passes 525nm, 575nm, and 640nm for FL1, FL2 and FL3 respectively. My
question is: has anyone had any problem with getting a strong enough signal
from CMXRos using a filter set at 640nm keeping in mind that there is only a
small overlap of the CMXRos spectral emission with this filter (the spectral
emission can be viewed at Molecular Probe's website). Any suggestions would
be helpful.
