Wash post Fc block?

Hi List,

I'm planning on adding an Fc-block step to my labeling scheme.  I plan to
use heat-inactivated human AB serum at 2% for 15 minutes at room
temperature.  Once this step is complete, should I just pellet the cells
and come on with my mAbs or should I wash the cells a few times first?
