Hi colleges:

We have a patient, a woman of 35 years old with 85,500 WBC/ul reported
as 97% blasts. Flow cytometry showed in SSC Vs CD45 most of the cells
with low complexity and all of them is an smear in CD45 between
negative, low and intermediate positive cells never reach the mature
CD45 high position. These population is rather similar in markers CD19+,
CD22+, CD20-, CD10-, CD34 -, sIg- and expressed CD5+ intermediate.They
are 90% of the BM. Patologist were not happy with CD20 and repeatly was
negative using adequate controls for the anti CD20 mAbs. T and myelod
markers are negatives. We are wating for the biopsy.

Suggestions ?
