Dear flow specialists, I work with a model of oral tolerance to mites and now I am looking for IgA response in this model. One point that is interesting concerns about B-1/B-2 cells along the protocol of oral tolerance induction. I have addressed those cells in mesenteric lymph nodes and Peyer's patches as well as in peritoneal cavity. My first question is what markers are indicated to see the subsets. The second one is about Perc cells: I find three or four populations as defined by complexity X size. Someone has an idea in which population B-1 cells localize? PS. = I use CD 5 X IgA / B220 X IgA / CD23 X IgA B220 X CD23 / B220 X CD 5 B220 X Mac-1 (just to Perc cells) I really would be very glad in receiving some suggestion and or new strategies! Harmest regards,
