Hello Flowers,
Here is a question I am passing on from a colleague who is working on primary cultures of
cerebellar granule cells. These cells appear to be very adherent and he is having great
trouble keeping them apart long enough to sort them on a flow cytometer. He has tried
trypsin and DNase and EDTA at various concentrations ---and the cells still become
unmanageably viscous before they can be sorted. Does anyone have any ideas?
