sorting mouse sperm cells

A graduate student has been sorting mouse sperm cells on the FacsCaliber
with little success due to cell lysis. We will attempt to sort these on
the Vantage Se. Has anyone sorted sperm on the Vantage? What is the FSC
setting, nozzle size, pressure, laser output,etc. My concern is producing
a viable (better)  sort on the Vantage as compared to the Calliber.

Any help is appreciated
