Dear all

I would like to know who has don't a whole blood activation assay
using an antigen like PPD, stimulated the cells with CD28 and 49d or
something simular and then after incubation with Brefeldin A
harvested the cell and did flow analysis to dect INF gamma
production in CD4 positive T-cells. I wouild like to know what
implication the time factor has on either the when the samples were
taken or the period of incubation with Brefeldin A.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
