red cell lysis or leukocyte gradient

Hi FLOWers,

does anyone had a good method for red cell lysis.

We want to lyse the red blood cells in human whole blood, then culture the leukcoytes

or instead of a lymphoprep (in which we loose lots of APCs) is there a leukoprep
gradient?
