Hi Sandeep,
Your problem may be in the FL2 amplifiers. A quick way to troubleshoot
the Log amp circuit in the BD Benchtop is to swap the amplifier circuit
boards. The SSC/FL2 amp PCB in slot number 3, and the FL1/FL3 amp PCB in
slot 4, are identical, with the only difference in the jumper setting. The
jumper should be blue in color, is labeled JMP 1, and is located in the
approximate center of the circuit board. Before swapping the boards make
note of the jumper setting. I believe JMP 1 setting for the SSC/FL2 PCB are
pins 2 and 3 jumpered together, and FL1/FL3 PCB pins 1 and 2 are jumpered
together. After swapping the boards, run Autocomp again to see if your
problem went away. If the problem goes away after you swap the boards, you
probably need your FL2 Log amp calibrated.
You may also want to run you beads with Autocomp settings in Lysys,
measuring the difference between the mean of the positive and negative
peaks. Check the minimum separation requirement of Autocomp and see if they
pass that way.
Hope this helps.
