Dear All,
We are trying to develop an application which might use the flow
cell and system of a flow cytometer. What I would like to know is:
1) Are there sheath flow cell designs suitable for use with a high
magnification, high N.A. objective? I.e. with a thin wall at the
detection lens side. (This must be closed cell cytometers, not
cell sorters.)
2) Can I buy these anywhere, as spare or second-hand parts?
How much would they cost?
3) Or does someone have a second-hand flow cytometer on offer
which contains suitable elements?
