as usual, it was spectacular, my thanks to the speakers, organizers and sponsors. I wonder if anyone could answer my question regarding Dr. Kaplan's talk about EAS (I'm not sure if he subscribes to this group?). In the slide showing CD5 and LMP-1(?) expression on B cells as they were transfected with EBV, the control for CD5 staining gradually moved towards the right, eventually surpassing 1st log (that's what it looked like anyway). However the control for LMP-1(?) remained fixed in every time point. Is this an artifact due to transformation of the B cells or something associated with the method itself? And why is there no difference in the control in the LMP-1 staining over time? anyway I couldn't figure that out so I wonder if someone with more experience would take a stab at it.... regards, Maciej ===== `---------------------------------------------` | Maciej S.
