I have not seen the BD loader but we have used the manual 96 well plate unit
from Cytek for a few years. We have been pleased with its performance,
carryover is good, speed is good, reliability is good. Some user
troubleshooting and repair if needed is somewhat cumbersome but not any
worse than other research instruments. I have not had the opportunity to try
the automated system from Cytek.

will soon be trying out a unit from Cytek (about $15,000), and would like to
know if anyone can comment on its reliability and performance. Has anyone
seen the BD 96-well loader?"
