Hi Daniel,
         As a post-script to my earlier posting, you might be interested in
this reference. Included is a graphical representation of bacterial
counting over six orders of magnitude and corresponding precision. I
actually do not have access to the article at the moment but I know it
illustrates the lowest sensitivity we were able to achieve. Cheers,
