G0/1 arrest in lipofectamine transfected cells

Hello all
We are analyzing cell cycle events in A9 cells transfected with different parvoviral
(MVM) constructs.
When transfecting the cells with lipofectamine though, we get a general block of the
cells in G0/G1 - we therefore use the less efficient CaPO4 method.

This block in G0/G1 by Lipofectamine, is this a general observation or is it just in
the A9 cells.
