Actually I was quoting from the literature, not a book. Lately I am involved in a large clinical trial for treatment of refractory HCL and have published a few papers. I therefore had to read everything on the subject. Since there are a number of flow books out there I never thought of writing one. But, as I received several requests asking about "My book", maybe there aren't enough of the right kind of books out there. I would like to survey the list to see if people think there is a need for a practical clinical flow book. How many think so- and if you do- what specifically would you like to see better covered?
