I used a kit from another company for a similar study; It consisted of a FL1-range dye for quantitation of the oxidative radicals and a FL3 dye to exclude dead cells. When needed, we excluded the FL3 dye and had FL2 and FL3 free for surface markers. Bear in mind that many surface receptors are internalized/shed upon activation. PMA tends to obliterate CD33 on Monos, LPS does likewise to CD14 etcetc... Since you're interested in CD69 I would recommend getting a PE conjugated mAB for that, and use FL3-range dyes for the CD markers. Good luck, Maciej __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Get email at your own domain with Yahoo! Mail. http://personal.mail.yahoo.com/
