Hello group, a happy new year to one and all.

I am interested in using fluorescent in-situ hybridization to identify
microbes using FC. Has anyone experience using FISH to identify bacteria
with FC and therefore a usable protocol with regard to sample fixation and
storage. Thanks in advance for your help,
