Hi,


I have treated cells with the agent 5-aza-2-deoxycytidine, this was
accompanied by a decrease in cell number relative to controls. However,
treatment was associated with a DECREASE in the percentage of cells in
G1 and an INCREASE in the percentage of cells in S phase can anyone
offer an explanation?
