Ca++ flux sheath buffer

Hi all

Has anyone ever found that the EDTA in commercial sheath buffers interferes with
calcium reponses when using BD benchtop cytometers? I always assumed that there would
be so little mixing of the sample and sheath fluid before the interegation point that
I wouldn't make any difference.

Any insights?
