Calcium Flux on T cells in Cord Blood

We have run calcium flux on isolated T cells and CD34 cells with SDF as
stimulus. There is a resonable response to SDF by CD34 cells but not by T
cells either CD4 or CD8. I am interested in any comments as to the
non-response of T cells to SDF. We have repeated experiment 2 times and
have loaded cells with Indo-1. There is no indication that loading of T
cells with Indo-1 is a problem as they respond to ionomycin as a positive
control. Thanks.
