Dear Flowers

I would like to know from the experts their experience using CPT
tubes for seperation, eg. how long cells or plasma will be stable
after seperation, etc. I am also interested in the experiences of
cryopreservation of CPT seperated cells for cytokine studies using
flowcytometry, eg. temperatures and the period of stability.
