Dear flowers
We are trying to characterize the gut associated lymphatic tissue and  also
lymphatic spleen cells by FACS analysis and immunhisochemistry in rats.
Does anyone have any experience of this ?
What are the best clones (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD45RA, IL-4, IL-5, IFN-g etc.).
Would you purchase biotinylated Abs or labeld ones for both?Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
