p-glycoprotein

Hi

We are interested in identifying and sorting p-glycoprotein bearing cells. We thought
that using a dye like rhodamine123 or Hoechst then sorting unlabelled cells would be
OK, any thoughts? What are the dyes of choice for this sort of thing? I hear that the
antibodies to g-gp aren't that good. It would make life easier if it were a 488 excited
dye although UV or 633 would be OK. We want to use several phenotypic markers as well.

Thanks for any help
