So long as you use the approriate negative controls you should be able to compensate
for both flurochromes. Neither antibody would interfere with each other's binding to
antigen unless they are close epitopes.

My question was unclear to some so I'm rewording it, sorry for the
confusion:

 the antibodies are of the same isotype, IgG1, but different
specificities and fluorochromes, ex. antiCD3-FITC-MouseIgG1 with
antiCD4-PE-MouseIgG1 in the same tube. Or would it be better to use
IgG1 and IgG2a, the way BD mixes their simulset reagents?
