CD20

Dear Colleagues:

I really hate to ask this but we are in an urgent need of a mammalian
expression vector of CD20.
I need this because I would like to identify and gate cells that have
been transfected with a DNA of interest. In another word, I would like
to use CD20 as a transfection marker.

I tried first with EGFP, yet this appears to be associated with some
cell toxicity and not suited for a kind of experiments I am planning to
do, ie apoptosis assay.

CD20 can be easily detected after paraformaldehyde fixation.

I would be very much appreciative if you could share that with us.
