My view and practice is that all refills are free to the customer. If I have CD45 in 25
tubes, there is still only one charge unit generated by this practice. However in terms
of calculating costs, as in clinical trials or contract work, this is a different story.

I have a question about billing for the technical component on leukemia/lymphoma
workups. The state of the art in gating strategy requires the use of multiple aliquots
of the same antibody. What is the standard practice for billing for these duplicate
aliquots of antibody?
