Isolated skin cells

A friend has asked how to get isolated cells from skin (see below).
Anyone with experience? I can forward any replies. Thanks.

We need single cells from kryo material (skin biopsy of a lymphoma). So
we need to digest the tissue  in order to get single, not cohesive
cells, which we can put on glass slides in order to perform
cytogenetics.

Do you have a protocol, I guess you need for the flow which you could
mail me?
